All staff recruited by Isabella’s Homes are subject to thorough checks prior to commencing employment, with everyone being stringently interviewed, and providing us with proof of their identity and professional references. Our staff are always monitored to ensure they apply the knowledge from their training courses within their practical day-to-day support and are subject to a process of review and supervision throughout the year in order to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
